Tournament Structure

  1. Scheduled formats: Regularly scheduled tournaments rotate between Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and mixed social formats so there is always something fresh to join.
  2. Structured blind levels: Blind levels increase at a measured pace, keeping play moving without rushing decisions or creating pressure.
  3. Tournament points: Points are awarded for placement and can be redeemed for dining experiences and lounge merchandise. They hold no cash value.

Rules and Fair Play

  • Social chips only: No real-money wagering is permitted at any table. All play uses social chips and tournament points.
  • Consistent dealing: Professional dealers enforce the same clear rules at every table, ensuring a level and respectful game.
  • Code of conduct: All players agree to follow the lounge's code of conduct, which prioritises courtesy, patience, and enjoyment for everyone.

Chip Allocations

Every player begins with the same standard starting stack. Our social chip system is designed to keep the game friendly, transparent, and completely separate from any form of monetary exchange.

Social Chip System

At the start of each tournament, every player receives an identical set of social chips. These chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Additional chips may be earned through tournament performance, but they remain purely social and are reset for each new event.

Tournament Points

  • Points are awarded based on final placement in each tournament.
  • Points accumulate across tournaments and can be redeemed for dining experiences and merchandise.
  • Points have no monetary value and no cash equivalent.

  • Avoid discussing hands in play: Never comment on a live hand or reveal what you folded.
  • Keep phones on silent: Step away from the table for calls or messages so play is not interrupted.
  • Show appreciation: Thank your dealer and hosts. We do not permit cash tipping; a warm word is always welcome.
